What the rule says
It is illegal to hunt waterfowl, coots or mourning dove by the method or aid of baiting on or over any baited area where a person knows or reasonably should know that the area is or has been baited. It is legal to hunt over crops that have been planted as a result of normal agricultural planting, normal agricultural harvest or fields post-harvest.
